Job Description
- Ensuring quality, cost effective and timely recruitment of experienced hires
- Direct search and pre-screening of CVs, reference checking
- Candidates' assessment and selection, coordination of interviews with hiring managers
- Making job offers to the selected candidates, preparing all the necessary documentation
- Organizing recruitment marketing activities
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with recruitment services providers
- University degree
- Advanced English
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably within an international company or recruitment agency
- Excellent interviewing skills
- Strong expertise in search resources and research tools; excellent networking skills
- Understanding the recruitment cycle in-house
- Ability to communicate effectively at all management levels in Ukrainian, Russian and English
- Good client relationship skills
- Proactive and self motivated, able to work independently
- Friendly, confident, attentive to details
