Location:

Key Responsibilities Partner closely with managers and leaders to provide expert guidance on team effectiveness, organisational design, workforce planning and people-related challenges.
Coach and support managers on performance management, employee development and business-led people decisions.
Drive the successful implementation of Weir people processes, including talent, development and broader HR initiatives across the business.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across manufacturing, operations, supply chain and global functions, delivering value-added HR partnership within a matrix organisation.

Job Knowledge, Education and Qualifications Experience as an HR Business Partner supporting both blue-collar and salaried employee populations.
Strong knowledge of performance management, manager coaching and employee lifecycle processes.
Experience working within a complex stakeholder environment, ideally supporting manufacturing, operations or industrial businesses.
Knowledge of Dutch employment legislation, or the ability to quickly learn and apply it effectively.
What Success Looks Like You'll be recognised as a trusted advisor by managers and senior stakeholders, helping improve team performance, strengthen leadership capability and drive organisational effectiveness. Success in this role comes from balancing strategic HR partnership with operational excellence, identifying opportunities to improve processes, and delivering tangible value to the business every day.
Must be permanently authorised to work in the Netherlands without sponsorship.
