YOUR ROLEWe are looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to design, implement, and optimize modern data platforms. This role combines deep technical expertise in data engineering with strong consulting capabilities to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions using Databricks and cloud ecosystems.

YOUR TASKSDesign and deliver end-to-end data engineering solutions using Databricks and modern data platforms

Lead client engagements, gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions

Implement and optimize Apache Spark workloads for performance and scalability

Build and maintain data pipelines (batch and streaming)
Provide expertise in data architecture and platform modernization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and stakeholders

Guide clients on best practices in cloud data engineering and governance

Support knowledge transfer and mentor junior consultantsYOUR PROFILE4+ years of Data Engineering experience2+ years in consulting or client-facing roles

Proven experience with Databricks platform

Completion of Databricks Data Engineering Professional certification (or equivalent experience + training)
Experience delivering 2–3 end-to-end projects with hands-on implementation

Strong knowledge of Apache Spark, distributed data processing systems

Experience with one or more:
Hadoop, Flink, Presto, or similar big data technologies

Familiarity with Databricks multi-hop architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers)
