How you do this? In this role, you will analyse operational and commercial data within warehousing and transport to gain insights into complex supply‑chain and transport processes. You will identify trends, conduct cost analyses, and map bottlenecks to propose concrete improvements. Based on these analyses, you will develop data‑driven optimisation proposals and business cases that not only improve efficiency and results but also add strategic value for both the organisation and the customer.
You will translate these insights into clear and persuasive proposals for management and clients. You will work closely with teams from operations, account management, engineering, and management to implement practical solutions. Through your structured and analytical approach, you contribute to a data‑driven work environment in which complex challenges are transformed into tangible results, and where your work has a direct impact on customer solutions within warehousing and transport.
You achieve this by:
- conducting in‑depth analyses of operational and commercial data, including cost structures, within complex transport and warehouse environments;
- developing data‑driven and practically applicable optimisation proposals to improve efficiency and performance;
- collaborating closely with teams from operations, sales, engineering, and management to successfully implement proposed solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within logistics, supply chain, or transport solutions;
- strong analytical skills and experience with data and cost analyses;
- ability to structure complex challenges and turn them into practical solutions;
- excellent communication and persuasion skills with both internal stakeholders and clients;
- results‑oriented, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement.
