The Area Location Manager is a strategic operational leader responsible for overseeing multiple locations across the Red River Valley, including Crystal, ND and Stephen, MN. This role drives operational excellence, asset utilization, logistics performance, technology adoption, safety, and team effectiveness.

• Lead safe, efficient, and profitable operations across multiple locations
• Implement and optimize new technology platforms, systems, and digital tools
• Create workflow efficiencies across facilities and operational functions
• Maximize equipment, fleet, facility, and inventory utilization
• Oversee logistics, transportation planning, procurement, and inventory strategies
• Develop business plans, budgets, capital plans, and operational metrics
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, DOT, environmental, and company requirements

• 3+ years leadership experience in operations, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, agriculture, transportation, or related industries
• Experience implementing technology solutions and business systems
• Strong understanding of asset management, fleet management, inventory control, and business planning
• Advanced Microsoft Office and operational software proficiency

• Agricultural industry experience strongly preferred but not required
• ERP, inventory management, logistics, or dispatch software experience
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
