JOB DESCRIPTIONOur client is a founder‑led, private equity‑backed pest management and wildlife exclusion company with a 40‑year history and a strong brand presence throughout New England. Having recently partnered with a private equity sponsor, the company is embarking on an ambitious growth strategy focused on both organic expansion and acquisitions across the Northeast and Mid‑Atlantic regions. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President of Sales will play a critical leadership role in scaling the organization by driving revenue growth, integrating acquired businesses, optimizing sales and marketing performance and building the systems, processes and talent needed to support the company’s next phase of growth.
The ideal candidate will bring significant sales leadership experience within residential services, route‑based businesses, pest control or adjacent industries, along with a proven track record of scaling teams and leading transformational growth initiatives.
