Our main office is located in Reliance, WY, and we have a field office in Killdeer, ND.

The North Dakota Supervisor oversees the daily operations of Freedom Oilfield Services' Killdeer facility, including heating, water hauling, and hot oiling activities. This position is responsible for coordinating personnel, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting customer relationships, and promoting a safe and productive work environment. The Supervisor spends significant time in the field monitoring operations, supporting employees, and ensuring adherence to company safety standards

• Class A CDL with Tank Endorsement.
• H2S Clear and Safeland/PEC certifications.
• Previous supervisory experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule in a 24/7 operation and reside near the Bakken region.

• Direct and coordinate daily field operations and personnel scheduling.
• Ensure employees possess required training, certifications, and qualifications before dispatch.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and all applicable DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of employees.
• Conduct field observations, safety audits, road tests, and incident investigations.
• Manage equipment maintenance and vendor relationships.
• Communicate operational updates with management and customers.
• Review and approve employee timecards and required operational documentation.
• Address employee performance concerns in accordance with company policy.
• Serve as a driver/operator when operational needs require.
• Utilize company systems including Motive, Site Docs, Fuel Cloud, and Empower.
