• 4‑10s Wed‑Sun 4pm‑12am

• 5‑8s Mon‑Fri 8am‑4pm

• 12‑hour rotating Dupont shift schedule – $4/hr shift differential and an additional $4/hr shift incentive for the 12‑hour shift. Entry level pay $23.46, progressing to $38.95 (plus $4/hr extra on the 12‑hour shift).

Compensation Range: $23.46–33.78/hr benefits start day one:

• Perform basic equipment care and maintain mobile equipment.
• Operate industrial packaging lines while providing packaging equipment support.
• Sanitize facilities and conduct dust abatement duties.
• Complete food safety inspections and documentation.
• Understand equipment operating principles and fundamentals.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Pass a Safety Screen evaluating ability to safely execute job duties.
• Read and write in English to comprehend technical literature, reference material, and SDS information.
• Understand current GMPs, safety rules/procedures, and SDS requirements for food packaging.
• Be able to work independently and in a team, communicate effectively, and possess emergency evacuation training.
• Occupational exposure to noise above 85dB, airborne sugar dust, and outdoor temperature variations.
• Wear personal protective equipment, including fit‑tested dust respirators.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Training/knowledge in emergency evacuation procedures.
• Comprehension of GMPs, safety rules, and SDS information.

• Package Technician Level IV: $23.46
• Package Technician III: $26.67
• Package Technician II: $31.30
• Package Technician: $38.95
