Production operator 3 shifts

As a productiemedewerker in our 3-shift system at Scheuten Glas, you will contribute to the production of high-quality glass solutions for a variety of applications, from everyday use to iconic buildings like the World Trade Center in New York. You’ll work in a dynamic and supportive environment where precision, teamwork, and safety are key. • Operate machines: ensure accurate cutting and bending of glass plates according to specifications.
• Perform quality checks: conduct visual and measurement-based inspections to maintain our high standards.
• Maintain work spaces: keep your work area and machines clean and contribute to a safe working environment.
• Troubleshoot issues: identify minor technical problems and collaborate with the technical team when necessary.
• Ensure safety: strictly follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment at all times.

We are looking for a motivated and dependable production worker who thrives in a team setting and can also work independently.

• Available for rotating 3-shift schedule (05:30–14:00, 14:00–22:30, 22:30–05:30).
• Physically fit and comfortable with standing and walking tasks.
• Experience in production environments and machine operation is a plus.
• Team-oriented but capable of working independently when needed.
• Committed to strictly following safety guidelines and procedures.
