Location:

Keene facility.
Shift: 12‑hour shift, 7 days on / 7 days off, alternating day/night shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Operate daily facility tasks, including truck unloading, oil emulsion, water and vac truck operations.
  • Tank treating and processing waste streams; manage water injection, filter changes, and pump maintenance.
  • Conduct treatment of solids on the waste pad; operate boiler, steam systems, and ensure safety compliance.
  • Participate in waste plant operations to meet landfill criteria and conduct solids testing.
  • Follow water injection SOPs, protecting disposal well integrity.
  • Maintain plant cleanliness and safety.
  • Submit truck ticket summaries, daily plant checklists, and transfer balances to the office.
  • Participate in the Health & Safety Management System and other corporate compliance programs.
A Day in the Life
  • Responsible and accountable for day‑to‑day operation of the facility.
  • Responsible for truck unloading, oil emulsion and water vac trucks.
  • Responsible for tank treating and processing waste streams.
  • Participating in waste processing, mud tank operation, shaker & centrifuge operations and solids processing.
  • Responsible for receipt, terminal storage and transportation of crude oil, adhering to measurement and crude oil quality compliance.
  • Managing ongoing water injection, filter changing and pump maintenance.
  • Conducting treatment of solids on the waste pad.
  • Conducting boiler operations, testing and steam system operations.
  • Ensuring corporate compliance programs are adhered to.
  • Submitting truck tickets summary, daily plant checklists and balances/transfers to the office.
  • Participating in HSMS.
  • Waste plant operation ensuring solids processing meets or exceeds landfill criteria and solids testing.
  • Following water injection SOPs and best practices to protect disposal well integrity.
  • General maintenance and keeping the plant clean and safe.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, General Education Diploma or equivalent.
  • Operational experience in waste processing, oil treating or water injection.
  • Specialty training in boilers, treaters, pumps, repairs, shaker/centrifuge and loaders.
  • Current and valid safety tickets: H2S Alive, First Aid Level One C, Confined Space Entry, WHMIS and TDG.
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills; able to work long hours in a mentally and physically demanding environment.
  • Able to document work, perform cross‑shift communication, and manage strategic communication with multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to multi‑task and demonstrate excellent decision‑making and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent customer service and safe work practices.
  • Valid driver’s licence and successful completion of pre‑employment testing.
