Job Title

Full‑Time Production Associate – Pack Operator

• Operate the pack equipment, perform processing and packing of products.
• Maintain sanitation duties to meet food safety requirements and ensure compliance within the pack department.
• Support the production process by ensuring smooth and efficient packaging of products.
• Work various positions and shifts across the plant, rotating through areas as needed.

• Adaptable and willing to learn new skills and support team members in achieving production goals.
• Emphasize safety and take pride in work.

• Ascend and descend stairs multiple times per day.
• Climb ladders, steps, and extensions.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and exert 20 pounds of force.
• Frequently stand, walk, rotate, bend/stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance and reach at or below shoulder level.
• Perform tasks that may include bending, lifting, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely.
• Work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and loud noise, with the use of personal protective equipment such as a dust mask.
• Work in elevated areas (4 feet and above).
• Remain clean‑shaven to perform tasks that require respiratory protection.

Competitive base pay ranging from $18.30 to $24.43 per hour, based on skills, abilities, and experience. Additional earning potential includes incentive eligibility with a target bonus of 5% of annual performance.
