Metaalkanjers in Venlo zoekt een Meewerkend Voorman Lasafdeling. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een team van ervaren lassers en waarborg je de kwaliteit en levertijden binnen de RVS lasafdeling. Je werkt in dagdiensten en hebt de kans om door te groeien naar productieleider.
Wij bieden uitstekende primaire en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, evenals mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Valide voorwaarde is een MBO niveau-4 met recente cursussen in het vakgebied.
