• Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues swiftly and effectively
• Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with environmental standards
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and optimize processes
• Document operational data accurately for reporting and continuous improvement

• Previous experience in gas plant or process operations
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work a 7/7 rotation schedule
• Excellent attention to detail and safety-minded approach
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

• Knowledge of industry-specific software or control systems
• Experience with safety certifications such as OSHA or HAZWOPER
• Familiarity with fluid & gas processing equipment

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in gas processing or industrial plant operations is preferred, with a focus on maintaining safety and operational efficiency

• Must be able to work in outdoor environments in varying weather conditions
• Valid certifications/licenses related to process operations are a plus
• Willingness to commit to an initial 12-month duration, with potential for direct employment opportunity
