THE RITESCREEN COMPANY LLC seeks a Plant Manager to lead Production & Operations at a high-volume manufacturing facility. This role oversees safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people leadership for window and patio door screen production. The Plant Manager directs daily operations, production planning, and staffing; drives lean and continuous improvement; and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards. You will develop front-line leaders, partner with maintenance, manage budgets, and use data to improve performance while fostering a collaborative, safety-minded culture.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily production and plant operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
- Implement and sustain lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, housekeeping, and OSHA requirements.
- Manage production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for optimal throughput.
- Oversee quality standards, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Develop, coach, and performance-manage supervisors and plant staff.
- Partner with maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and drive actions to improve plant performance.
- Collaborate with corporate functions on budgeting, staffing, and capital projects.
- Foster a culture aligned with Rite Screen’s values of quality, reliability, and teamwork.

- Budgeting and cost control
- Maintenance and reliability coordination
- Team leadership and performance management
- ERP/MRP and production data analysis
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher (preferred)
- OSHA safety training or equivalent (preferred)
- Certification in operations, production, or supply chain management (e.g., APICS/ASCM, CPM) a plus
