• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing design (Facebook Ads).
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of the fundamentals of composition, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work within brand guidelines while delivering innovative and fresh ideas.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually striking designs for online campaigns and social media.
• Actively participate in idea generation and team brainstorming sessions.
• Design static and motion graphics creatives.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing materials.
• Stay current on design trends and bring fresh ideas to marketing strategies, ensuring Codefinity stands out in a competitive market.
