Your Role:

Brand Manager (Senior Associate), Pet Health Marketing

As Brand Manager, you will develop and execute marketing strategies and tactical plans for the local pet health portfolio based on deep customer insights. In this role, you will collaborate with technical, sales, and global teams to align objectives and ensure commercial success through effective cross-functional partnership.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing and sales promotion plans for major products and key brand launches.

• Establish product positioning and maximize brand awareness to achieve sales targets and market growth.

• Collaborate with the supply chain team to create accurate demand forecasts and ensure a stable supply of products.

• Plan and manage professional lectures while building and maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

• Developing effective media / digital strategies.

• Conduct frequent customer visits alongside sales representatives to continuously develop and refine market understanding.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Professional proficiency in both Japanese and English with strong data-driven analytical skills.
