Through Private-Public Partnerships, the 22 Promise Zones around the country are actively helping drive the economy, jobs, and American growth we all strive to see a reality. Collectively, Promise Zones serve more than 1.3 million Americans with poverty rates ranging from 28 percent to as high as 50 percent. The goal of the Promise Zone VISTA is to combat poverty in the Turtle Mountains.
