Salary package range is $31,000 plus a modern, spacious parsonage and paid utilities with a fair rental value of about $24,000. Generous vacation and paid time off benefits.

• Work hard at sermon preparation and delivery.
• Maintain doctrinal distinctives of Southern Baptists.
• Provide compassionate and kind heart for people, counseling and emotional support.
• Care for flock: visits to the elderly, the sick, and newcomers.
• Lead in outreach and community events.
• Balance work and home; model faithful leadership.

• Biblical character qualities for elders (1 Timothy 3, Titus 1).
• Good communication skills; articulate the Gospel clearly.
• Spiritually and emotionally stable; manage personal stress.
• Previous pastoral experience preferred; seminary training desirable.
• Integrity and strong faith; prayer discipline.
