Direct Hire | Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts

A patient-centered skilled nursing facility in Lakota, North Dakota is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent, full-time role. This position offers consistent 12‑hour shifts, strong hourly compensation, and the opportunity to provide meaningful, hands‑on care in a supportive long-term care environment. A $20,000 sign‑on bonus is included.

• Provide direct nursing care to skilled nursing and long‑term care residents
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Support resident safety, comfort, and quality of life
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (Required)
