Shift Type: Nights, 12-hour shifts (night shift), schedule includes every-other-weekend and alternating holidays, block/self-scheduling allowed; guaranteed 36 hours per week. Exact facility start/end times are not specified in the job posting.

• Deliver compassionate medical-surgical and geriatric nursing care for a mostly older adult population
• Assess patients, develop and implement individualized nursing plans, and evaluate outcomes
• Collaborate with charge nurses, CNAs and the multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care
• Support post-surgical rehab patients through recovery and safe transitions
• Manage patient needs using EPIC for documentation and communication
• Troubleshoot CPAP and work with respiratory therapy resources as needed
• Perform team assignments and help maintain safe nurse to patient workflow

• Active Registered Nurse license (eligible to submit) required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA)
• Preferred certifications: PALS and TNCC
• Experience with EPIC electronic charting
• Comfort with geriatric patient care, dementia, stroke and skin care management
• Previous ER experience preferred but not required

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) accepted; BSN not required

• Strong medical-surgical nursing skills and geriatric care knowledge
• Experience with EPIC charting system
• Ability to work in team-assignment model and collaborate across disciplines
• Familiarity with CPAP management and basic respiratory troubleshooting
• Skilled at assessing skin integrity, dementia-related behaviors and rehab needs
• Good critical thinking, communication and patient advocacy skills
