You won't be working alone. You'll be provided with supernumerary shifts to support learning of the role. You will receive ongoing support from the other RN's and the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM). Tamworth Hospital is the principal referral hospital for the northern sector of Hunter New England Local Health District (HNELHD), servicing a population of over 180,000 people. As a major rural referral facility, Tamworth Hospital provides a wide range of specialist services, including emergency, medical, surgical, maternity, critical care, mental health, rehabilitation, and outpatient services.
