We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - ER to provide exceptional emergency nursing care in Garrison, ND. • Provide direct nursing care to patients presenting with acute illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies
• Perform rapid patient assessments and triage based on acuity levels
• Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and emergency treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
• Assist with trauma cases, resuscitations, and emergency procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection prevention, and quality care standards
• Support a patient-centered approach to emergency care

• Active RN License in North Dakota
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• Current BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification required
• PALS Certification preferred
• TNCC certification preferred
• Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency environment
