Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time shifts; flexibility required to meet facility needs

Key Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license
• Previous experience in Rehabilitation, Long Term Acute Care (LTAC), or Long Term Care settings
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient documentation skills
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a rehab or LTC environment
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams on patient care plans
• Monitor patient status, administer medications and treatments, and provide patient/family education
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and report concerns to the medical team
• Uphold infection control standards and regulatory requirements consistently
