Hours:
36.00 - Salary Range: $32.50 - $48.00 per hour
- Pay Info: $25,000 Sign On Bonus! ($12,500 paid out after 60 days)
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. The RN collaborates with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement, and evaluate care. The RN demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise and knowledge, utilizing age- and population-specific standards as designated in the clinical setting.
Roles include providing care during all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment, coordinating care, performing resident assessment and education, and executing various other nursing interventions.
- Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary staff to develop and evaluate care plans.
- Provide care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and provide resident education.
- MAY serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within job descriptions and competence levels.
- Provide assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe, reliable resident care.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred), including CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA.
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing (preferred).
- Hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs, or possess multistate licensure in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
