Sanford Broadway Medical Center

– Shift: 12 hours rotating. Weekly pay with stipend included.

Contract:

14 weeks with option to extend or move to another Sanford site.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide individualized nursing care to patients. The RN collaborates with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care. The RN demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise and employs appropriate age‑ and population‑specific standards as designated in the assigned clinical setting.

The RN provides care in all phases of preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up as patients move through the continuum of care, and is responsible for planning and coordination of care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and other nursing interventions. The RN functions within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and the administrative rules of the state of practice and licensure.

• At least six months of travel nursing experience.
• Will be paid weekly with the stipend included in the weekly pay rate.
• Contracts are 14 weeks with the option to extend or transfer to another Sanford site.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA) – Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs or holds multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
