Hours:
36.00. Salary Range: $32.50 - $48.00 per hour. Sign‑on bonus: $25,000 paid after 60 days. The Registered Nurse (RN) supports residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and coordinating care. The RN may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel as appropriate.
- Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
- Collaborate with residents, family members, and interdisciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
- Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and use appropriate age and population‑specific standards.
- Provide care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Coordinate care, conduct resident assessment, provide resident education, and perform various nursing interventions.
- Serve as charge nurse when assigned, delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within their competence level.
- Ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolve care and service concerns.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs (or qualify for a multistate RN license through the Nurse Licensure Compact).
