Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care (LTC)
Location: Garrison, ND
Shift: 12-Hour Nights
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Care (LTC) assignment. The RN will provide compassionate nursing care to residents while serving as a charge nurse, administering medications, performing wound care, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Perform wound assessments and wound care.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately.
- Serve as charge nurse and coordinate resident care activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapy staff, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and nursing standards.

Requirements- Active RN License
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Previous Long Term Care (LTC) experience required
- Current BLS Certification
