• Active RN License or Active LPN License
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS Certification
• At least eighteen months of recent experience in a Long-Term care setting
• Additional requirements may be specified by the client’s facility

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment.
• Assess changes in the patient's health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care among nursing staff, physicians, and other team members.
