Registered Nurse – Emergency Room / Med-Surg / Swing Bed

Lisbon, ND

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite |

Shifts:

6:30 AM–7:00 PM / 6:30 PM–7:00 AM | Self/Team Scheduling | Every other weekend | Every third holiday

• Provide direct patient care in a Critical Access Emergency Room, Med-Surg, and Swing Bed setting
• Manage a diverse patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics with diagnoses including traumas, strokes, STEMIs, chest pain, respiratory conditions, lacerations, pneumonia, and UTIs
• Administer and monitor common drips including Heparin and Levophed
• Read and independently interpret telemetry/cardiac monitor strips
• Serve in a charge nurse capacity as required, providing shift leadership
• Float between Emergency Room, Med-Surg, and Swing Bed units as needed

• Active RN licensure
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room experience
• Charge nurse experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required

• Critical Access Hospital experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with strong teamwork, communication, flexibility, and adaptability
