Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse;
Assist with daily living activities including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and recording vital signs;
Assist residents with meals and dining, provide water and supplements as appropriate;
Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques and equipment;
Document resident interactions and communicate changes in condition to the charge nurse
