Overview
Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a mission-driven RN for our Long Term Care program. The RN delivers compassionate, holistic nursing to adults with complex, chronic conditions, many from underserved communities. The RN collaborates closely with an interdisciplinary, faith-inspired team to advance health equity and whole-person wellbeing.
Responsibilities- Assess patients and participate in care planning
- Administer medications and monitor responses
- Manage wounds and chronic diseases
- Provide patient and family education
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary, faith-inspired team to advance health equity and whole-person wellbeing
- Clinical excellence in nursing practice
- Cultural humility and a heart for service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Experience in Long Term Care or care for adults with chronic conditions is a beneficial asset
