Position Details- Type of Facility:
Long Term Care. - # of Beds/Residents: 26.
- EMR:
Matrix. - Ratios:
Nurses 1:10 on day, 1:19 nights. - Job Duties:
Nurse act as charge and pass meds and perform wound care. - Experience or 'Must have' skills: LTC experience.
- Are there IVs or titratable drips?: NO.
- Area there Tele monitors? If so do you have monitor techs on this unit? Do RN's read strips?: NONE.
- Shifts & Scheduling: 12hr shifts 7-7, No blocked schedule & no self-scheduling.
- Weekend Requirements: EOW.
- Holiday Requirements:
Every other major holiday. - Call or Standby Requirement: NONE.
- Floating Requirements: NONE.
- Scrub Color/Dress Code: NONE, must be clean and presentable.
- Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated.
- RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract).
- Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
