Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse
- Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2060.86 – $2355.26

• Conduct clinical interviews and support auto offer processes.
• Adhere to radius rule and employment history requirements.
• Manage patient assignments with a 1 to 4 ratio for acute care.
• Administer and titrate drips according to set protocols.
• Utilize RT equipment such as NEBS and O2 masks effectively.
• Document care using the EPIC charting system.

• Active RN license in the state of North Dakota.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum one year of Med Surg experience.
• Capability to read cardiac strips and monitor telemetry.
• Willingness to float to ED holds if necessary.
• Flexibility to work every other weekend and holiday.
