- Shift: 12 Hours – Day Shifts
- Job Schedule:
Full time
- Hourly pay: $32.50+ depending on experience
- Sign‑on bonus: $25,000 (paid in full and $12,500 after 60 days)
- Shift time: 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, 12‑hour shifts, includes every other weekend and holiday rotation

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
- Demonstrate competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and apply age‑ and population‑specific standards.
- Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis and treatment.
- Coordinate care, resident assessment, resident education and various nursing interventions.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate.
- Provide assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolution of care and service concerns.
- Function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and state administrative rules.
- Adhere to the scope and standards of practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with interpretive statements published by the American Nurses Association.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
- Current, unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice occurs.
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
