Sanford Med Ctr Fargo Shift

12‑hour rotating shifts.

Contracts are 14 weeks with the option to extend or transfer to another Sanford site.

Paid weekly; stipend included in the weekly pay rate.

The Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide individualized care. The RN collaborates with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The RN demonstrates competency within the full scope of nursing practice, applies appropriate age and population–specific standards, and performs care in all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up.

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Apply appropriate age and population‑specific standards in the assigned clinical setting.
• Provide care in all phases of preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up.
• Plan and coordinate care, perform patient assessment, patient education, triage, and other nursing interventions.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license, unencumbered by a mandatory hold, held by the State Board of Nursing where nursing practice occurs and/or multistate licensure in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• At least six months of travel nursing experience.
• Knowledge of the Nurse Practice Act and applicable Administrative Rules in the state of practice and licensure.
