12 Hours – Night Shift

• At least six months of travel experience.
• You will be paid weekly; your stipend is included in the weekly pay rate.
• Contracts are 14 weeks with the option to extend or go to another Sanford site.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (e.g., American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN‑CNEA)).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing in the state of practice, or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients.
• Collaborate with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilize appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in the assigned clinical setting.
• Provide care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow‑up.
• Plan and coordinate care, perform patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Function within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in the state of practice and licensure.
