Overview

Sanford Med Ctr Fargo Shift offers 12‑hour rotating travel shifts, with opportunities to serve underserved communities across the country. The role includes a weekly stipend and a stipend included in the weekly pay rate.

The Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide individualized care to patients. Responsibilities include collaborating with inter‑professional colleagues (including physicians) to plan, implement, and evaluate care; coordinating care and patient education; triage; and other nursing interventions. The RN functions within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and State Administrative Rules.

• At least six months of travel nursing experience.
• Current, unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring, or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Will be paid weekly; stipend included in weekly pay rate.
• Contracts of 14 weeks with the option to extend or relocate to another Sanford site.
