Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) assignment in New Salem, North Dakota. This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate nurse who enjoys building meaningful relationships with residents while providing exceptional long-term and skilled nursing care.

The ideal candidate will have previous LTC experience and be comfortable working independently in a skilled nursing environment. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior nursing experience in North Dakota and are familiar with the state's healthcare practices and regulations.

Provide comprehensive nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing residents.

Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in resident conditions.

Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to physician orders.

Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing assistants, and interdisciplinary care teams.

Respond promptly to resident needs and medical emergencies.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.

Educate residents and family members regarding treatment plans and ongoing care needs.

Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards.

13-Week Travel Contract

Evening Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

8-Hour Shifts

Every Other Weekend Required

Potential need for multiple travelers

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required

Prior work experience in North Dakota strongly preferred

Current BLS certification

Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills

Excellent communication and resident-centered care approach

Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing environment
