Common Spirit Health - - Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care including oral cares, bathing, transferring, repositioning, feeding, and supervising patients as directed;
Assist with patient transport and mobility;
Communicate and report observations to nursing staff and act as liaison between patient and nurse;
Document vital signs, input and output, weights, procedures, personal care, activities of daily living, specimens, dietary intake, and ambulation;
Perform clerical tasks under supervision, including answering calls, stocking supplies, relaying orders and test results, and locating charts
