Common Spirit Health - - Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care including oral cares, bathing, transferring, repositioning, and feeding under RN direction;
Communicate and cooperate with nursing staff and act as liaison between patient and nurse;
Measure and document vital signs, input/output, weights, procedures, personal care, and ambulation as directed;
Perform clerical tasks under department leadership including answering calls, stocking supplies, and routing tests/orders;
