Cynet Health Staff is seeking an RN for a 13-week Long-Term Care assignment in Garrison, ND. The position requires 2+ years of LTC experience, a valid RN license, and BLS certification. The nurse will serve as charge nurse, administer medications, and perform wound care in a 26-bed facility using an EMR.
Shifts are 12 hours from 7 AM to 7 PM, with every other weekend and major holidays. The nurse-to-patient load is 1:10 during the day and 1:19 at night, caring for patients with heart disease,
