Registered Nurse

In this role, you will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being. • Deliver direct, person-centered nursing care to long-term care residents
• Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor changes in resident conditions
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility protocols
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
• Document care and assessments accurately in EMR systems
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate care
• Educate residents and families on conditions, medications, and care plans
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and care conferences
• Mentor and support CNAs and other team members to promote a positive culture
• Patient assessment
• Medication administration
• Care planning (long-term care)
• Wound care
• IV therapy and infusion management
• Electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
• Geriatric nursing
• Infection control
• Care coordination with interdisciplinary teams
• Patient and family education

• Active RN license (state-specific)
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification (preferred)
• Long-term care or geriatric nursing experience
• IV therapy competency
• Wound care training (preferred)
