Location: Park River
Marshfield Clinic - 301 Co Rd 12B - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered daily living assistance and nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse in Park River facility;
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support;
Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques and equipment;
Assist with meals and dining, provide water and supplements as appropriate;
Support housekeeping and laundry to maintain clean and operational living areas
