Emergency Room Nurse Lisbon, North Dakota. This role involves providing critical care in a fast-paced emergency department environment, focusing on trauma, stroke, STEMI, and other urgent conditions. The position requires a dedicated professional with a minimum of one year of ER experience and charge nurse expertise, committed to delivering quality patient care during night shifts.

• Schedule:
  
  Nights shift, 12-hour hours, minimum of 48 hours per week, starting 09/07/2026.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC certifications; minimum of 1 year experience in emergency nursing;
  North Dakota licensure; current CPR certification.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Critical access experience; charge nurse experience; experience with Heparin and Levophed drips; familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
• Float:
  Float rotation may be required between ER, Medsurg, and Swing Bed units.
• Additional Information:
  Successful candidates demonstrate teamwork, communication skills, flexibility, the ability to work under pressure, and adaptability. The unit accommodates a variety of assessments and treatments, with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:3-4 in the ER and 1:5 in Medsurg. RNs are required to interpret telemetry strips. The team actively utilizes telemetry/monitor techs, and RNs interpret monitor strips independently. Orientation consists of one 12-hour shift.

• Licensing:
  Valid license to submit.
• Trauma Level: Care setting Acute.
• Shift Notes:
  Nights, every other weekend, every third holiday, float to between ER, Medsurg, and Swing Bed units.
• Additional Requirements:
  
  RTO needed upfront with a maximum of 7 days off within a 13-week contract. No additional RTO will be approved afterward.
• Distance Constraint:
  Candidates must reside within 50 miles and may not be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with the organization.
