Seven Healthcare are seeking dedicated LPNs/LVNs for per diem opportunities in the Post Acute care setting. This role offers flexible shift work in Hillsboro and Larimore, ND, allowing healthcare professionals to adapt their schedules to fit their needs.

Key Responsibilities of the LPN / LVN

• Provide patient care in accordance with established standards and practices.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by a physician.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting using Matrix Care.
• Respond to patient needs and coordinate with nursing staff as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with the cancellation policy with a minimum of 2 hours notice.

Requirements of the LPN / LVN

• Current LPN/LVN license in North Dakota.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in post acute care settings preferred.
