Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) | Skilled Nursing Facility

Job Summary As a CNA at Western Horizons Care Center, you'll provide essential daily care and support to residents in a warm, homelike environment, making a meaningful difference in residents' lives and their families'.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs, height, weight, and intake/output
- Support care plan execution and communicate condition changes to the charge nurse
- Maintain a clean, safe, dignified environment for residents
- Practice proper infection control and safety procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current ND CNA certification

Salary Range: $25.00/hour (before shift differentials)
