What you'll do:
- Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients
- Perform assessments and monitor patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Educate patients and families
- Document patient care accurately
- Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition
- Provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered care
Requirements:
- ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
- New graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Active RN license or eligibility for RN licensure
- North Dakota or compact license
- BLS certification
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
