seeks a CRNA for locum tenens coverage at a facility in central North Dakota. In this role, you will provide full-scope anesthesia care, including pre-op assessments, induction, maintenance, and post-anesthesia management across a mix of surgical cases. You'll work closely with surgeons, physicians, and nurses to deliver safe, efficient patient care while adapting to varying caseloads and practice settings. Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical and procedural cases in a variety of specialties
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments, obtain patient histories, and develop anesthesia plans
• Administer anesthesia, monitor patients intraoperatively, and manage post-anesthesia recovery
• Respond to anesthesia-related emergencies and manage airway and hemodynamic stability
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and nursing staff to coordinate patient care
• Document all anesthesia care, medications, and patient responses accurately and timely
• Adhere to facility protocols, state and federal regulations, and best-practice clinical guidelines
• Adapt quickly to new clinical environments and electronic medical record systems as a locum provider
