Long-Term Care (LTC) Nursing Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Long-Term Care (LTC) Nursing Professional to join our team. This role involves providing essential care to residents in nursing homes or long-term care settings, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Schedule

This position offers evening shifts from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, providing a 40-hour work guarantee on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

Administer nursing care and medication as prescribed.
Monitor and assess residents' health status, documenting any changes or concerns.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Provide support and education to residents and their families regarding care plans and health management.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, and feeding.

Qualifications

Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
Experience in long-term care settings is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate approach to patient care.

Location

This position is available at multiple nursing homes within the region, primarily in cities across the state.
