Role Summary

As a Skilled Nursing LPN, you will be a vital member of the clinical team, ensuring that residents receive high-quality, compassionate care in a safe and efficient environment. • Clinical Excellence: Administer medications and treatments to assigned residents according to established nursing standards of practice.

• Care Coordination: Actively monitor and update individualized resident care plans to reflect their current status and needs.

• Leadership & Supervision: Directly supervise assigned employees, including planning, directing work, and fostering a positive environment for employee engagement.

• Performance Management: Participate in the supervisory lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, training, appraising performance, and addressing employee complaints or problems.

• Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to all laws, regulations, and corporate policies, ensuring the safety and well-being of both residents and staff.

• Communication: Effectively communicate and exchange information with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team in English, both orally and in writing.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

• Licensure: Current LPN licensure for the state of practice is required.

• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

  Must possess the ability and proficiency to perform IV medication administration and dressing changes.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift at least 35 lbs and the physical stamina to move, position, and assess information throughout the shift.

• Clinical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with basic nursing skills and the therapeutic effects/side effects of administered medications.

• Leadership Ability: Natural aptitude for supervising others, assigning work, and resolving problems within a team setting.

• Communication: Ability to accurately measure and comprehend quantities and instructions while maintaining clear, professional documentation.

• Work Type: Direct Hire Only

• Schedule: Full-Time [6:00 pm – 6:30 am]
